At SUZA FOODS, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality, and fresh snack products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy before placing an order.

Retail Customers

Due to the perishable nature of food products, opened or consumed items cannot be returned or refunded.

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or leaking.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was expired upon delivery.
  • The package was damaged during shipping.

Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your request should include:

  • Order number or invoice
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

After reviewing your claim, SUZA FOODS may provide:

  • A replacement product
  • A full or partial refund
  • Store credit, where applicable

Wholesale & Distributor Orders

For wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers, all orders should be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Any shortage, damage, or incorrect shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Returns or claims may be accepted only if:

  • The products were delivered damaged.
  • Incorrect products or quantities were supplied.
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The products were expired at the time of delivery.

Products that have been opened, repacked, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Approved claims may be resolved by:

  • Replacement of the affected products
  • Credit adjustment on the next order
  • Partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or consumed food products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Claims submitted after the specified reporting period
  • Normal variations in seasoning, color, or texture that do not affect product quality or safety

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production, packing, or dispatch begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
